We have been using the Cracking Spelling programme for a number of months. In a very short space of time we saw an improvement in the spelling strategies children were using and this very quickly became embedded in children's writing (across all subjects).
This is a fantastic programme which is easy to use and provides teaching staff with everything they need to deliver a lesson, including a detailed script.
A well-structured scheme with built-in revision.
The programme is easy to follow, promotes the investigation of spelling rules and has brought greater enthusiasm for spelling in my class.
The children are particularly engaged with the investigative activities.
